Few Tips to Overcome the Fear of Flying
I am a member of a leading online travel portal, TripMegaMart.com and fly very often, came across passengers who were very nervous flyers. You can recognize them very easily. Their eyes are wide, they usually sit in the aisle seat, sweating, breathing deeply, and nervously looking around with their hands tightly gripping the armrest. I try to make them feel as comfortable as possible, I told these passengers to watch me during the flight. I share some of the tips to overcome the fear of flying. PICK THE RIGHT SEAT : Where possible, always request a front row or exit row so you have more room. Having increased legroom makes you feel more comfortable and confident.
